The accessible stall in the College Mall men's food court restroom does not stay locked or closed. I have submitted contact forms to the mall 3 times this year. No communication response or action from the mall. Anything you can do to help?

The image is one of the sycamore trees planted along Madison, where the planter space is being outgrown. It appears that the metal sides of the box could be removed, and some bricks as well, to give the trees space to continue to grow. The trees are really an asset, and I hope that the arborist team can help keep them healthy. Just FYI!
Are electric bicycles allowed on the 7-Line? Several times I have been nearly knocked over on my bicycle because a speeding electric bike zooms past without any warning going about 30 mpg. Seems like the bicycle-designated lanes should be for non-motorized vehicles.
Case #209315 indicates that the City will not do anything about the blocked street and sidewalks in front of 1316 S Palmer because there is no evidence of a illegally run business. Please Google Jabberwocky Computer Rescue Services, which is listed as a currently open business at this location. Neighbors can hear his business landline ring at all hours of the day. People are laying underneath cars with the lower portion of their bodies out in the middle of Palmer. Did the Graduate hotel also reach an agreement with the church to the north across the street (first Christian church) for their liquor license, that church also being within 200 feet of the premises? (See case 208989)
My understanding is that this establishment is not legally allowed to have a liquor license due to their proximity to a church. The HPC rejected their application to become an historic district, and they have no other avenues to legally sell alcohol I am aware of. Please let me know if I am mistaken, or if they are flagrantly violating the law.
Owner is mixing tea at her residence in the basement of her home. This home and basement has sanitary issues (previously reported) such as ants, rodents, and squirrel infestation. There is not a licensed kitchen and I have ordered and afraid of what conditions my tea is packaged in. No response from business about my order and her tea shop is closed permanently since end of December. She has posted on social media she is working on the orders and other posts state she is working on them in her residence basement. This is a concern. Thank you for investigating. The business is Cup and Kettle Tea Shop. The website says it open, however no direct communication about online orders.
Owner of Cup and Kettle Tea LLP, Jessica Messmer, Medusa Enterprises LLC is mixing tea at the her own home on 1/28. The business is closed and she is now fulfilling online orders and city orders in her private residence basement without a commercial kitchen and guidelines. The basement had a recent rodent infestation and poor sanitation. This is a concern for health and breaks the law. Please address this, I fear someone will get sick.
