Dave’s Hot Chicken blares music and PA announcements very loudly, audible more than half of a block away. You can’t carry on a conversation while passing the restaurant. This seems to be a violation of the city’s noise ordinance. Please enforce it. Thank you.

About ten "Bird" scooters are parked on the street on Grant just north of 7th. There is no scooter corral at this location, and they are blocking a parking spot for cars.
There are multiple cars in various states of repair parked on the lawn at 800 N washington. Either they are turning this place into a junkyard, or some sort of car repair business.

On Tuesday October 29 xfinity technician came to Oaklawn park condos buried wire that had been unburied 3 weeks left flags and threw orange wire over the fence. Tired of being treated like dirt because I don’t have a home with a fenced in yard. Littering is illegal. I want the City to contact the regional manager xfinity and have a discussion at this point.
