As a patient of dental office near Mother Bears Pizza, we are not able to park in their parking lot due to Mother Bear's employees and customers parking in the lot. The office has towed cars off because people don't pay attention to the 'No Parking' or simply they don't care. Come on, be a little bit more respectful to another business. It's their parking lot....word is that they are going to put up a gate!
Are restaurants with parklets allowed to keep non customers off of their tables? Tap says the tables in the street, in the public right of way, are only for their customers. That does not seem right.

Other: Well past city quiet hours, either IMEI or Catalent are running equipment that beeps so loudly I can hear it from inside my home. During the day, this is expected and understood since I chose to purchase a home near these businesses. However, regularly at 11pm on a Wednesday or 3am on a Monday, I am either kept awake or woken up by consistent and constant beeping. I am not sure what the City can do to enforce quiet hours upon businesses but it would be really great if something could be done.
Can departments collaborate to inform a climate resiliency plan regarding tree canopy? Disadvantaged communities and areas on the heat map need to be addressed with priority and we need to find a way to incorporate this to private land. I have seen multiple people sharing images and warnings that the Goodwill on South College Mall Rd has an active bedbug infestation, with photos showing adult bedbugs on clothing in the store. This is a public health concern, but I can find no information about whether a business is required to 1) notify potential customers who may come to the store, and 2) take action to eliminate the pests by hiring a professional service.
