For several days there has been water streaming out of the water tank at the corner of the bypass and 17th street. Water has been flowing across the street for several days - I assume someone else has already reported this but submitting this just in case.
Water is off why? It is 6:22 pm was on at 4:45, I have animals that will need water and its one of the worst days to be without.
Water flow has stopped at 1005 W Cascade Avenue, 47404 even though utility bill is paid in full and non-delinquent.

A neighbor told me about the water problem, which I had known nothing about. I contacted others they too had no idea. Why is this health threat not announced publicly, to all involved? I am very concerned that others are risking their health unknowingly.
There appears to be a water main leak at 3522 E. Morningside Drive. The flow is visible beginning under the drive at this vacant home, close to where some utility work has been done in the past (based on a nearby asphalt patch).
Is there any chance people with coconut allergies will be affected with the coconut powder added to the water treatment?
