The smell of our tap water is atrocious. Even with a new filter in our fridge/freezer it doesn't help much. The Brita filter on the countertop pitcher definitely helps though (for whatever it filters out).
We walked by and saw clear water bubbling up from a hole in the ground near the sidewalk on the south side of the street. Seems like something is broken? Possible water main break?
The water meter is leaking severally at this location and is causing large water usage alerts to us. Please fix immediately and adjust our billing due to it being on your end.
There is excessive water usage taking place at this property. It has been occurring for over a week. We have notified you that we believe the leak is on the City's side. Water bill doubled since last month and toilets are having low water pressure. Worried that there might be a water leak.

Our water pressure has dropped considerably this morning to the point where the water is just dribbling out the faucet.
