From Citizen e-mail: 401 Swain. The problem itself is around the corner on Atwater: overhanging branches which beat one in the face when one walks on the sidewalk.

She had called in a couple of weeks earlier about the problem with shrubs overgowing on the sidewalk making it difficult to walk along. Nothing has been done. Checked reqpro, request was entered 8/3/09.
