HOUSE ON THE SW CORNER OF DODDS AND ROGERS..SIDEWALK AREA IS OVERGROWN WITH WEEDS.
VACANT PROPERTY..WEEDS THRU THE SIDEWALK AND RETAINING WALL. SLOW TO MOW GRASS.
A citizen stated that a commerical property next to 122 E. 6th Street piled trash up next to the sidewalk prior to moving out.

Received email from the Street Dept. - They received a snow complaint at the above property.
Weeds growing into the sidewalk -- walkers are going into the street. Also weeds growing between this house and the house next door - 801 E University.

The citizen at 416 W. 11th Street uses the parking lot behind his building. His access is a East/West alley off of Rogers Street. There is an evergreen tree that blocks the line of sight for those pulling out of this alley trying to go South on Rogers Street. You have to pull partially into the northbound lane on Rogers to see around the tree. The tree also impedes pedestrian traffic along the sidewalk. The tree is behind the sidewalk. Refered by Lee Huss
