Officer Eric Dunn from the Indiana State Police called in and stated that the sidewalk next to BRI'S property on the west side of the street just north of the RR tracks is very overgrown with vegetation.

Tenant says parking lot and grassy areas have trash scattered all over. Large chunks glass from a broken window in front of units 5,6, 13 & 14. Much is now covered by snow, but can see glass if you get out of vehicle (be careful where you park). Tenant reported problem to landlord, but he said it is not his problem.
