The occupants of this house stand in the doorway smoking cigarettes and when they are done they throw them into the street. I have seen this many times and they take no caution about any pedestrians who are walking on a sidewalk right into the path of a flying lit cigarette. I do not feel comfortable approaching these people. Thank you for checking on this ongoing littering problem.
Plants on SW corner of lot have overgrown to a point that the sidewalk is now impassible.
This time I have included a photo. This is how the sidewalk and gutter has been since I moved here a year ago. Disgusting.
