The residents at 1122 W. 6th Street have never taken their trash bin/recycling bin off their sidewalk or front lawn (just off the sidewalk) since the very start of when the bins were delivered. They frequently just leave it right in the middle of the sidewalk for days. According to the rules, they aren't supposed to be there all week.

There is a City-owned tree in the ROW that is completely covered in vines, some of which are poison ivy. The vines are right next to the sidewalk, and are so high that the vine is going to seed. Is this the responsibility of the adjacent property owner, or does the City attend to its own trees?

This lot backs up to Acuff Road. The resident called to say there is brush, old fencing and some debris on the backside of 1150 W. Sugarberry Court (the area near the sidewalk and Acuff Road) that needs to be cleaned up. He thinks the lot is still owned by the developer.
