FORMERLY NICHOLSEN'S TRLR PARK NOW SOUTH ROGERS MOBILE HOME COMMUNITY. CALLER REPORTS THAT THE TRASH DUMPSTERS ARE NOT BEING PICKED AND THAT THERE ARE 2 REFRIGERATORS (WITH DOORS THAT COULD CLOSE ON A CHILD) AND TRASH HEAPED UP. I ALSO RECEIVED A SECOND CALL ON THIS PROBLEM TODAY.
Privacy fence falling down, runs along the back of Country Club Drive to South Rogers, on the back side of the Mobile Home Community. Especially behind lots 35-42 and 79-85.
Possible unsafe structure (ramp and scaffolding).
The grass is high.
The grass has not been cut in weeks and the yard is overgrown.
Yard upkept; not mowed on the north side. Caller believes the Bank owns the house; possibly Monroe County.
Mrs. Frazo is unhappy due to grass needing to be cut in the past she has mowed this lawn, but is no longer able to do it.
Mrs. Frazo reported that this house is unsafe. The guttering is falling off in to her yard. She reported that the shed on this propery is open and accessible to people and animals. SHe want as call back asap.
