Sanitation crew was out today and noted that above address had an excessive amount of trash at the curb, none of which was tagged. Crew stated that there were numerous large furniture items as well as several torn open bags of trash.
Third time that residence has been written up for trash violation since 3-19-12. Please note that 6-25 write-up was actually issued 6-18.

According to resident's neighbor, there has been a mattress and box spring at the curb for one week without tags on it. Neighbor thinks that the resident may have moved.
