Resident was written up again today for failure to put stickers on bags/cans. This is the residents 8th writeup this year and the second time being sent to HAND.

This is the third trash violation that resident has received since 8-22-2011. Today resident failed to have stickers attached to bags/cans.
This is the third time that resident has been written up for failure to comply with trash ordinances since 8-11-11. Resident has also spoken with the Sanitation Director on one occasion. During that conversation, Shelby advised the resident that we would not be able to pick up trash if it was in a container over 35 gallons (their can is 50 gallons), overweight, and not stickered.
This is residents third write up since 9/5/2011 for not having stickers on bags/cans.
This is the third time this resident has been written up by crews since 8/8/11. The first incident was failure to properly sort recycling. The last two issues involved not putting stickers on cans/bags,
Bags and cans must have a sticker attached. This is the third time that this resident has been written up since 8-1-11.
Unacceptable container (has no handles) and bags/cans must be replaced. This is the fourth time this residence has been written up for trash violations in the last four months.
Recyclable items not properly sorted. Resident was also written up for the same issue on 8/16/2011.
Resident has been written up several times this year for recycling violations. Yesterday resident was also written up for their trash can exceeding the size limit of 35 gallons and couches not having stickers attached. 950
Resident was written up both 8/8 and 8/15 for failure to have stickers attached to bags and cans.
