They have previously picked up trash at residence, even when overweight and just left a notice. Today the crew left a notice and did not pick up the trash either.

PARK MOTORHOME AND OTHERS OVER THE SIDEWALK CONTINUOUSLY. THE PARK IN FRONT OF HER HOME AND ON CUTTER & LEAVE VEH PARKED FOR WEEKS. UNDERSTANDS THERE ARE COVENANTS/RESTRICTIONS REGARDING PARKING THERE. THERE IS NO H.O. ASSN TO ENFORCE..DOES CITY ENFORCE THESE? THIS MAY BE A MULTI-DEPT COMPLAINT. PLEASE CALL HER.
