This is the third time that resident has been written up for failure to comply with trash ordinances since 8-11-11. Resident has also spoken with the Sanitation Director on one occasion. During that conversation, Shelby advised the resident that we would not be able to pick up trash if it was in a container over 35 gallons (their can is 50 gallons), overweight, and not stickered.

Resident has been written up several times this year for recycling violations. Yesterday resident was also written up for their trash can exceeding the size limit of 35 gallons and couches not having stickers attached. 950
Resident was written up both 8/8 and 8/15 for failure to have stickers attached to bags and cans.
Resident has been written up four times since the start of the year for issues with recycling. Today resident was written up for having recyclable and non-recyclable items mixed.
