House is unoccupied currently, neighbor called and said trash has been at the curb a long time so he tagged but is over 80lbs so Sanitation won't pick up.

This is the 4th write up. They finally put stickers on but still didn't bundle. It is just a pile on the ground.

This is the 4th write up for this location not using stickers. They also leave the cans at the curb all the time. Please address with resident they need to move the cans off the curb.
