Lawn is not mowed and has gone to seen. The backyard is very bad. There is also garbage on the ground next to the garbage cans. Animals are getting into the bags. Evelyn Butler lives at 2414 E. 5th and gave the inspector permission to come onto her property in order to see the back yard.
No one is currently living at the residence.
Caller said there are weeds and excessive growth on this property. Also blocks the line of sight.
