Caller stated that there was a large tree stump with weeds & poison ivy growing on the property and onto her property. The stump and weeds should be view able from both the street and alley way.
Tall weeds at the corner of Rogers and Country Club. I could not get a better address from the caller.
Trash scattered about the yard. Can be seen from the street.

Per caller, "White noxious vine growing in the front of the house."
Complainant has given written permission for us to cross his property at 616 E. 1st St. to see the listed issues.
