While the grass is mowed, there is now a dead tree on the side of the property that periodically falls into Beacon Ct after storms. In addition, there is a broken window in the front and evidence of animals inside. The entire property is slowly decaying and is becoming quite an eyesore.

Lawn is not mowed and has gone to seen. The backyard is very bad. There is also garbage on the ground next to the garbage cans. Animals are getting into the bags. Evelyn Butler lives at 2414 E. 5th and gave the inspector permission to come onto her property in order to see the back yard.
