Yana Weinstein is the wife and she will be at the inspection. The roof is still leaking from the tornado. the tenant says it has never been repaired. It comes in from the light in the ceiling.
Yard overgrown, particularly in the back and side
There is a large amount of trash in the yard. The grass has not been mowed in a very long time. The caller also stated that she believes that the property is being rented as a duplex.
Weeds
The yard has only been mowed once this year, and there are a lot of weeds and trash in the yard as well.
Trash has been sitting out for over 2 weeks.
Trash has been on the curb for over a week.
