FYI - Regarding https://bloomington.in.gov/crm/tickets/view?ticket_id=205604 - My wife and I collected 1 full city provided blue trash bag of trash on 5th and 7th between Union and Hillsdale after the trash pickup. Many residents of Green Acres are still leaving bagged trash, which is scattered by wildlife, or left, and sometimes in the road having missed the target when being dumped.
Owners are putting kitty litter in the corner of the backyard and is seeping under my fence. Please have them remove the kitty litter and place is trash receptacle.
Lawn not mowed this summer.
There are two old mattresses that have been on the front porch of the house for at least a year, maybe longer. This is not only a health code violation, it is unsightly and neighbors should not have to look at it. The City of Bloomington makes it pretty easy to properly dispose of large household items. I have also seen more than one possum run under the front porch.
The main electric wire from the pole to this house has been hanging low for nearly a full year after a limb fell on the wire and pulled the wire holder attachment anchor out of the house structure. We (Chickering Rentals) own and manage a rental next to this property at 1006 e 1st, and the electric wire for 1002 e 1st is hanging low enough to touch in our back yard and creating a hazard. I alerted Duke and they informed me that they cannot do anything to re-hang the wire until the property owner at 1002 e 1st re-mounts the wire holder anchor, or installs new service mast. I attempted to reach out to the owner of 1002 e 1st to ask them to make the necessary repair and was unsuccessful. Not sure if the city can do anything about this to help. Trash all over yard from party.
Trash and overgrowth blocking alley
We are the owners/residents at 809 S. Stull in Bloomington. I want to report an issue at a neighboring rental apartment. The owner/landlord a 812 S Stull dumped a bunch of junk on their front lawn of their building with a little sign saying "Free stuff." This is junk that should be collected and discarded (see photo). Can the city put pressure on this landlord to properly dispose of this stuff? It is obnoxious to have trash littering a property on a residential street for over a week now. Thank you!

Frat house at 702 E. Third St. has tires disposed in back yard next to dumpsters. This is easily visible from alley behind the property.
