This house was foreclosed and is owned by a bank. Ever since they took ownership conditions have gotten worse. They don't have anyone taking care of the yard or trees. Its turned into a jungle.
Trash has been out for weeks and blowing all over neighborhood
Property owners at 2500(elderly) have multiple ramshackle sheds in their backyard, wired with power but undoubtedly not up to code. Their fence bordering 2504 is literally made from garbage and is falling apart into the yard of 2504. Its a Fire hazard and a pest hazard, I see raccoons and opossum going in and out of their shanty town sheds all the time.
Empty lot South of 2504 S. Madison has grass 3 feet tall. This is the second time I've had to report this already this year. Owners CONSTANTLY ignore their property and it looks abandoned 90% of the time.
Retaining wall is collapsing into the sidewalk along the entire length of this property
Trash bin has been next to the road for at least 2 weeks straight
Two empty lots have not been mowed all spring.
Lawn has not been mowed in weeks. It's currently over 2 feet tall.
The owner of this renter-occupied building (Tariq Khan) has not taken the garbage out to the curb for pickup in four weeks. Also, this home has rain gutters and downspouts that go directly into the ground or into areas between the home and neighboring houses - which is causing water damage to the neighboring houses.
