On the south side of E Cottage Grove, between numbers 714 and 712, there is poison ivy (among the other vines) on a tree on private property not too far from the sidewalk. The house in the photo is 712, but upon looking at the maps and street view, I think the tree is on the 714 property. I figure I can leave that to you to figure out officially.

I just bought this property and the trees in the front yard are growing very close to the power lines.
Couch left in front yard up against house. Major fire hazard. Also, upholstered chair on porch.
Weeds over >8 inches in front and east side yard. Trash bins in front of house > 24 hours.
Overgrown backyard & smell of dead animal(s). Possibly compost?
