It may appear to be in another yard, because the fence is well inside the lot lines. The brush/debris appears to be harboring pests. A neighborhood cat prowls around it often

The occupants of this property store their several trash and recycling bins facing S Walnut St. At any given time, numerous pieces of trash litter the ground in front of the home, the parking area, and the alley. Their bins are often knocked over or overflowing. The trash has begun encroaching on the grounds of our office, which neighbors this home to the north. Thank you for your help.

Trash piling up at the garage per sanitation.

Our neighbors who live at 526 N Lincoln street have had trash piling up around their trash cans for atleast a month and have yet to take their trash out to the curb on trash day. The trash is now spilling out into our yard and is starting to smell. Their back porch is also filled with empty boxes and more trash bags that have yet to be taken out as well.
