This request by me is due an unusual amount of cars parking on both sides of Eastside Drive in the northern half of the block since August 2024. Renters have trash in their yard
There is a great deal of miscellaneous personal trash and litter along both sides of the sidewalk running along the north side of West Allen St. between Larkspur Lane and Mother Hubbards Cupboard. Thank you!
This overgrown yard has not been mowed in months. Weeds are 18-20 inches high.
Multiple problems with the unit. Mold growth, the ceilings leak when it rains. No kickboard underneath one of my kitchen cabinets. No screens in windows. Rats. Upstairs bathroom, knob to turn off and on water sticks out like a mile long. Baseboard of wall upstairs coming off. Light switch in my boys room installed upsidedown. My boys window frame is installed completely wrong. You would just have to see it to understand. Floor is peeling up, that connects my living floor to my kitchen. Which mind you, I try and hide and cover, because they never installed a tack strip. Back door, at the bottom, is depleting. Like it looks like it's eating away at the bottom. I almost can't even put all in this complaint, that is wrong with unit. I would like to have a mold detector done on this unit, to prove that it's probably outrageous. My furnace in the closet was pretty much hand made, with a huge hole in the wall.

Daphne called and reported an unhoused camp that has popped up at the abandoned Arby's property. She reported there is excessive trash.
