Landlord does not keep retaining wall or vegetation off of sidewalk, making passage difficult for wheelchairs and baby strollers.
Landlord rarely cuts grass. Cut it 3 times in 2024. Backyard is even worse.
My neighbor maintains a vacant property, and has since before 2013. The backyard is a junkyard, and a rodent resort. If he can maintain a vacant property, he should have to clean up. It's a terrible eye sore and negativity affects our property. I live 835 w kirkwood. His is the house to east of mine
Overgrown grass. This is a rental house.
A large pile of trash is on east side of garage and continues to grow in size.
Grass and weeds to top of fence, small children living in home not safe to be outside in the yard
For a few days every week, this sidewalk is covered with grass cuttings which can create hazards for using the sidewalk especially after it rains. Not sure who cares for the lawn.
Overgrown grass has not been cut
The trash was not picked up from the curb this morning. The trash was full so there is a high risk of animals getting into it.
