Garage doors falling down; junk piled in driveway; junk covered with tarps;scattered with junk between the garage and trailer. Owner living in trailer behind 902 Ralston.
The citizens who lived at 821 W. Ralston Dr. moved and left trash by the mail box with out tags. They also have not mowed the yard. The caller also stated that there are weeds growing out of the guttering.
Residents at 819 Graham Drive have an electrical extension cord running across the front yard to 813 Graham Drive. Residents at 819 was shut off by Cinergy for nonpayment.
PROPERTY ENCOMPASSES 821 CHAMBERS ALSO & BACKS UP ALL THE WAY TO DUNCAN DR. PROPERTY HAS A FENCE ROW WHICH IS FULL OF BRUSH; TRASH; POISON IVY; VINES INTO POWERLINES AND HAS A HUGE PILE OF BRUSH HARBORING ANIMALS WHICH HAS BEEN THERE FOR YEARS.
Citizen stated that there is a vacant lot on the south side of the street near the dead end of Chambers Drive that has not been mowed in several weeks.
Unsafe structure with rats, skunks, etc. living under structure. House should be demolished. City started working with the owner and then stopped after owner died.
