Trash in front yard
Trash in front yard
The property of 1208 S Woodlawn Ave contains Japanese Knotweed. Japanese Knotweed is a city-listed nuisance weed, and in the case of this property the growth is well over 8 inches (more like 5-10 feet) and is visibly spreading into adjacent properties to the west and north by rhizome. The Japanese Knotweed is also visibly growing into that house's siding and foundation. This is likely a rental house situation where the landlord is neglecting the landscaping.
Tenants leave trash and recyclables in front yard 24 hours a day 7 days a week
trash in yard, neighbors noisy, problem with respecting boundaries.
Excessive growth of vines and weeds
Cardboard boxes in front yard, trash cans left out for weeks, piles of trash bags and cardboard boxes in backyard.
Grass has not been mowed in months.
Junk cars and debris on South side of property 2nd request to remove, remedy
Boarded up home at 1017 S. Walnut is equipped with a very loud alarm system with a rotating light that goes off about every 5 minutes. Police have check on the property at least twice with no sign of a break-in. Alarm system is creating noise pollution that makes it unpleasant for neighbors to be outside or have their windows open.
