Received email from Ron Arthur - I would like to report a couple of places where brush and limbs are growing over the sidewalk and it is difficult to walk, especially when cars are parked along the street. Also check 409 S. Linclon.
406 and 412 E. 2nd Street, both lawns clumpy and knee high with grass and weeds
Grass is knee high.
trash, several bags out by side of house for over month, the kind that attract rats, "bad, I mean really bad"
Dumpster is overflowing and trash blowing into neighboring parking lot.

snow and ice on sidewalks
The house at 408 E Smith says there is a dumpster next to their driveway that is overflowing and smells really bad. The caller says it belongs to the apt complex at Grant and Smith. I think it is Maple Leaf Apts.
