For weeks now, there has been several bags of garbage and overflowing trash cans in the front yard of 320 S. Grant St. I am concerned that this is going to develop into a rat infestation. We already battle rodents in the neighborhood. This is a rental property registered to Jeff Jones of Cadjon Development, LLC. What can be done to clean up this health hazard.
Two east-west alleys between Lincoln and Grant Street, 3rd and Smith Avenue, cluttered with trash and furniture from move-outs.
400 block of south Jordan not clear by Atwater. Jordan square at 3rd street sidewalks not clear.
