Trash
409 E 2nd ST
- Case Date:
- 10/1/2019
Residents are storing trash and recycling collection containers on public sidewalk on a permanent basis, and have been doing so for a while. At times containers are moved over to side, at times they are left in middle of sidewalk--but never do they leave the sidewalk. This is an accessibility issue: wheelchairs and strollers are unable to get by and must go into street. Private collection containers should not be stored on public property.

409 S. Swain -- Mattress and rug left on curb.
This house seems to be abandoned, yet it doesn't seem like the city has taken any steps to appropriately secure the area or take care of landscaping etc.
This is actually two addresses, which the form does not accept. John Hewett already submitted a ticket (183170). Bamboo at two addresses: 411 and 415 - behind the houses and in between.
