Tenant's mother called. Stated the house next to 1406 Atwater has overgrowth and garbage near her daughter's window well. She is stated that is causing bugs to come into her daughter's room. She would like the house next door to be cited for overgrowth/garbage. Possibly not 1404 E. Atwater, but 1425 Hunter. She was not sure if it was to the west or south. I stated if it cannot be seen from public right of way, we cannot go on to property without permission. Would like a follow up call from inspector.

The house at 516 has left out trash and trash cans for two days. I reported under trash, but realized that might not be the correct place, so I am making another report here.
