Trash heap, open bags spilling over sidewalk and onto street. Unacceptable. On Washington street sidewalk. Residents need to be aware of their responsibilities and cleanup essential for a safe and civil city. Please help. A visit from city official usually solves the problem and prevents future issues. 210 e 11 th - new tenants moved in and then left town, leaving behind trash bag by front step. Landlord hasn't provided a trash can for these new tenants. No house numbers to identify the house either.
