Landlord rarely cuts grass. Cut it 3 times in 2024. Backyard is even worse.
Landlord rarely cuts grass. Cut it 3 times in 2024. Backyard is even worse.
Landlord does not keep retaining wall or vegetation off of sidewalk, making passage difficult for wheelchairs and baby strollers.

This residence has been written up numerous times in 2012, all for trash related violations.
This is the third time that residents have been written up for trash violations since January 31st.
This is the fourth time that resident has been written up for trash violations since 1-31-2011.
Yard overgrown, in need of attention
Building has broken windows in back, door easily pushed in in back, attractive to homeless
Sanitation has written up 3 weeks in a row for an over size can, now they are stacking bags all over the top and sanitation employee says there are like 14 bags and now he is writting it up for no stickers.
