New residents are not being informed about what can be put in recycling containers. The result is that many recycling bins are left unemptied by the garbage workers, and then they remain sitting on the street for weeks and nothing is ever done. There is an unsanctioned Frat House in the ULofts. The U loft apartments are constantly disrupting the neighborhood late into the night and early morning. The property is covered in trash, and they have been throwing glass bottles from the interior of the property into the neighboring units.
