UNKNOWN SUBJECT PAINTED TWO CIRCLES, ONE ON THE HOOD AND THE OTHER ONE ON THE FRONT PASSENGER SIDE QUARTER PANEL ON A 2006 TOYOTA PARKED AT FIRST CHURCH OF THE NAZARENE.
House has been vacant for over a year. Possibly homeless people living in it. May need to be secured.
the bushes at the southeast corner on the property have become so over grown that they are causing a line of sight problem when pulling onto Rogers from Prospect.
Lots of trash in the alleyway and on the front porch. So much trash in the alley that vehicles have had to stop and remove the trash to go through the alley.
Motor home and golf cart in the yard for months.

Tall grass at this this church.
Grass is 8-10 feet tall in the alley on W. Howe. It is directly behind 918 W. 2nd Street.
