Recycling and trash is proudly displayed along W. 3rd Street. I am stirred with feelings of patriotism and civic pride when I view the scenic mound of cast-off items. God Bless you, Norm Ladd, for making this possible. Your rental properties never fail to remind me why I love living here. My bosom swells with gratitude and admiration!

House has been vacant for over a year. Possibly homeless people living in it. May need to be secured.
the bushes at the southeast corner on the property have become so over grown that they are causing a line of sight problem when pulling onto Rogers from Prospect.
Lots of trash in the alleyway and on the front porch. So much trash in the alley that vehicles have had to stop and remove the trash to go through the alley.
