The house appears to be abandoned and someone has broken open the front and rear doors. Someone has also broken the windshield of the abandoned car in the backyard. The accumulating trash suggests a squatter. The property needs a major cleanup and secure doors and windows.
The house looks empty and the yard has weeds and it has a lot of pine needles on the side walk and street.
We noticed a house (601 N. Monroe) in the neighborhood has a severely overgrown front yard and back yard. Lots of yard debris and very long grass and weeds. No one appears to live there currently so we are unable to politely suggest a cleanup in person.

Caller to HAND reporting that there is trash and other items in the yard and front driveway. Appears that tenants have moved out and left in this condition. Caller is concerned about rodents, raccoons, etc.
Excessive growth, structure failure, trash, clothing and garbage strewn about. Neighbors on east use as a place to throw their garbage. Been reported several times .
