People who are unhoused are leaving their belongings / lots of trash in the alley of our office building. Customers/clients/pedestrians use this alley often.

In the alley between 3rd and 4th street just west of Rodgers, there is a 2 car garage with multiple oil cans/rags and trash stacked outside. Looks like there is used motor oil leaking into the ground.

There is even MORE trash in the back yard now! PLEASE PLEASE make them clean it up! This is directly and very negatively impacting our properties. I've send several complaints. This issue is costing me so much money at this point. Please do something.

House vacant, front and back doors open, neighbors concerned.

I am not sure what the owner of this building has planned, but it seems there has seem some slow work done to the house since my husband and I have bought and renovated our home a year and a half ago. In this time, we have seen animals come and go from this abandoned house, seemingly homeless people come and go from the basement and the windows boarded up. This home is in utter disarray. With so many homes in the prospect hill area being renovated and maintaining the historical feel, this is one of the few if not the only home that is a major eye sore on our neighborhood. I am not sure if there can be anything done legally to motivate the owner to do renovations more quickly or to just tear it town. Any thoughts would be very much appreciated to address this problem. Property appears abandoned, yard full from overgrowth. Vines go inside building, dilapidated, poses potential for hazard
