Location of your Problem: 1211 E Elliston Drive Details: This property appears to have transitioned to a residential rental in a primarily single family residential neighborhood. Normally not a problem, however, on a regular basis there are upwards of 7 to 10 cars parked in and around this property. Often they are parked facing the opposite direction of traffic and one truck appears to be a trash dump for the property. Please look into this and confirm if A) this is a legal occupancy per HAND, B) is the parking of so many vehicles permitted?, C) Are there any solid waste concerns for storing a property's trash in a truck on the street? Neighborlink Report Location of your Problem: 3603 S Kingsbury Ave Details: There is a house on our street, S Kingsbury Ave, that has been empty since November 2009 when the owner, Phyllis Phillips died. Different people from the neighborhood have mowed the front area from time to time. The house has several dead trees that need to be removed, lots of limbs and just recently a large part of the tree in the front yard came down in the winds and is still there. It makes the neighborhood look bad. We are hoping you will be able to help get our street looking good again! The walk at 3737 S Bainbridge Drive, as is the case every snowfall, has not been cleared from either last Friday's or Monday's snows. It's particularly an issue since the sidewalk on the other side of the street ends before Elliston.

The walk wasn't cleared from either snowfall during this past week. Since the walk across the street also hasn't been cleared, there is no safe path for those of us walking their dogs or trying to reach the school or city bus stops.

The sidewalk at 1220 E Allendale hasn't been cleared, though the driveway was. With no sidewalk on the west side of Bainbridge, the only other alternative is to walk on the street, which is unsafe under the current conditions.
