Location of your Problem: 1211 E Elliston Drive
Details: This property appears to have transitioned to a residential rental in a primarily single family residential neighborhood. Normally not a problem, however, on a regular basis there are upwards of 7 to 10 cars parked in and around this property. Often they are parked facing the opposite direction of traffic and one truck appears to be a trash dump for the property. Please look into this and confirm if A) this is a legal occupancy per HAND, B) is the parking of so many vehicles permitted?, C) Are there any solid waste concerns for storing a property's trash in a truck on the street? We waited to see if it was a short term issue, but it seems to be a permanent issue.

1501 Browning Lane is an abandoned house. The owner still lives in the area but not in the home. It is becoming increasingly dilapidated. Recently a large evergreen tree fell into the house and is currently on top of the roof. Not sure if there is anything you can do to address this. The house is hurting the value of our street!
