The city planted new grass/sod all along Rockport near Rockport/Tapp intersection and hasn’t cut the grass one time in this stretch of Rockport.
Parcel of land to the EAST of 1002 W Pinehurst is overgrown and is part of Southern Pine Common Area. Mr. Barnett would like to mow it and keep it up BUT would like someone to do the first mowing since it is overgrown. Debris filled front and side yard
Front yard is about a foot tall and was not mowed last summer. The back yard is a bamboo jungle with stalks 30-40 feet tall. The neighbors complain about more insects and snakes since this home has neglected its upkeep.
Grass has not been mowed yet this season and is at least 18 inches high. The back yard is overgrown with bamboo that is infested with insects and vermin. The bamboo is an invasive species that is spreading into neighbors yards. Please help!

Owners/occupants of this address continuously neglect their yard. Excessively tall grass and plants in front and back of property. Invasive bamboo is spreading rapidly into neighboring properties due to their carelessness. Property is a constant eyesore and is negatively affecting neighbors on all sides.
