The lot is behind and adjacent to 3209 Autumn Drive. The citizen stated the owner, who she thinks is Eric Stolberg, has maintained the lot for the past 5 years but has not done anything so far this year. She has contacted his office but has received no help. The grass is very high. She would like for someone to call her and let her know the status of the complaint.

Dead trees along the alley. Also an ailanthus tree along alley that has grown 15 feet since the spring,spreads like a weed and kills good trees -- it is growing into the alley. The ailanthus needs to be cut and poisoned to prevent it from spreading. She tried to contact owner, but no answer.

I don't know if this should go under Title VI because it is tree limbs. The resident stated that the limbs came down in the storm a couple of weeks ago and are just laying in the yard. They are pretty big in size and are very unsightly.
