Residents at 616 N Washington have left trash on public sidewalk and front yard. Pedestrians have to walk on street to pass. The renters have had a month to figure out how to manage trash and have not. Please help. It is a bad situation.

When I checked on the case, (because mowing has not been done), it says the case is closed as of 7/18/2025. That was 4 days ago. How long do you give the tenants/owners to resolve this issue? The grass is the heighth of Andre the Giant. When leaving the mobile home park, one has to pull into intersection to see traffic coming west from 1st street. Due to this, collision is a higher possibility when needing to turn east on first street.
