Trash in driveway for more than month now. City should start fining or clean up and charge. Why is the enforcement on all these Pendragon Properties so bad? Please do something already

Tree falling onto neighboring property.
The sidewalk abutting Electric Services Incorporated as well as BTECH Fire & Safety have not been touched at all after the past three snowfalls. They cared to have their parking lots shoveled, but the sidewalks are very much covered in snow/ice. Please help and inform them to shovel. Thank you very much!
Overgrowth and trees on this property encroach significantly on the sidewalk making pedestrian access difficult. In addition, the property is overrun with highly invasive plants, including tree of heaven, multiflora rose, and many others.
Trash in yard.
Resident states that no one is living in the house. The grass has not been cut all year and is very high. There are 2 vehicles that have been parked in the yard for over a year.
900 & 902 have trash accumulating on west side of street between these two properties
This address has not shoveled the sidewalks.
