House at 3000 N. Lakewood Court Bloomington 47408 has had abandoned refrigerator, smoker, and other trash in driveway and on front porch for several months. Also has a large pile of yard waste next to the driveway. Homeowner is rarely present and appears to live at a different residence. Outside lights are always on.
It is my intention to develop my 5 vacant lots on N. Oolitic. I can't do that with 1305 W. 11th the way it is. The yard has become a junk yard. It is deplorable. Construction material. Bicycles, trash, rubbish, yard waste, scrap and detritus stacked on the front porch. Regardless of the section of town, this property absolutely destroys any kind of surrounding property value. Please force a cleanup.

I can't do that unless I have help with enforcing certain codes. 1209 W. 11th has garbage, rubbish, old lawnmowers, and other detritus stacked on and around the house and property. I actually think the house may be abandoned and is being used as a trash dump. Regardless of the section of town, we property owners don't like our property value destroyed by places like this. abandon residence entered by homeless, no electricity, water, heat graffiti on exterior of building. unable to find current owner via Monroe county GIS to request clean up and to secure building doors and windows broken into i am sure that soon it will become a health issue it already is a eye sore to to the area, now that it has been tagged by graffiti it is a open invitation to vandals to spread throughout the area i would like to request that the owners be required to clean up the area
