Lawn way overgrown. You can actually drive around the whole Westpointe neighborhood and cite people. There's a lot of do-minimal type people living here with overgrown lawns, composting grass and material in the lawns, etc.
The grass and weeds are to top of fence, as well as large pile of limbs in backyard. This is very unsafe for the children that are living there

Call received to HAND from adjacent property owner. There is also a uReport under address 812 W 3rd that is duplicative. People are living year-round in an RV parked on an unimproved surface at 220 S. Maple Street. They have been there for about 18 months. I previously reported them to H.AN.D. and the city's legal department. There are also 3-5 other cars parked in the small property lot at all times. The man is apparently fixing cars for others. Various articles and garbage bags are often strewn about. Their has been many domestic violence and nuisance reports to the police and fire department during this time.
Property has not been mowed this year and grass is becoming exceptionally high. There is a vehicle in the driveway (a Mustang) that has a tarp over the broken windows - rain and snow have gotten inside the vehicle over the last several months. There are also vehicles parked along the road that have not moved in several months. A check-in would be appreciated.
The yard, front and back, is overgrown and badly in need of a lawnmower.
re: ticket 202706 you should very much allow this area to remain unmown. it makes the trail very pleasant to walk down and provides valuable habitat for butterflies and lightning bugs amongst other things. turning this into a barren, empty, mown field is just silly.
There is garbage out front of this structure that is coming from overfilled trash containers. It has been there over a month. The city sanitation service is not picking it up.
Overgrowth at house is beyond belief, unsafe for anyone to live there, backyard is also terrible. Photo attached
