The same trash is has been in front of the shack at 927 for at least 6 weeks. I spoke with Mr. Arnold about this and he couldn’t find it. It is obvious when you look at the shack. It is in overfilled city trash receptacles.

That property also has a pending tree-of-heaven report (currently about to bloom), but the poison ivy and other invasives are now covering half the sidewalk along Grant. The responsibility for the mess is likely shared with the adjacent property to the south (815 N. Grant), but it is not obvious where the property line actually is.
