Monday we had trash pick-up and the open trash cans are still there, just as they were last week. 911 S Rolling Rock Old landscape rocks piled near road for 2 months. Rocks are falling in street. Also bucket with weeds and water next to rocks for same amount of time

Someone has dumped an old mattress on the sidewalk/street. This is just the latest event in the severe downgrading of the neighborhood to occur since the city has allowed apartment buildings to be constructed in small residential neighborhoods. I am hoping Bloomington Sanitation can remove this trash.
