This is supposed to be a residential neighborhood, not a student rental area.

House at 533 N Lincoln puts out trash on 10th street. Bins are on sidewalk still blocking pedestrians and trash is strewn along sidewalk. Will only get worse this weekend as kids pass to and from the bars at night. Not good. Please help.
